The table below consists of a summary of all indicators that will be measured based on routine reports from stakeholders implementing/supporting HIV/AIDS projects/programs, estimates and/or through record keeping by HAPCO itself. Who is expected to report on which program indicator can be referred from Chapter 6 – HIV/AIDS Indicators’ Reference Pages. Hierarchy and frequency of reporting is described in Chapter 3, Section 3.3 – M&E Reporting Levels and Information Flow. The reporting formats for each program indicator will be included in the M&E Operational Manual and distributed to all stakeholders.
