The Road Map 2004-2006 is a complementary document to earlier published documents. It is therefore assumed that the reader has access to these documents and reference will be made where application to avoid repeation of earlier stated background information, concepts, statements and targets. This document does not deal with all the stated responsibilities of the federal Ministry of Health (FMOH) in the Ethiopian Strategic Plan for intensifying Multi-Sectoral HIV/AIDS Response (SPM) but specifically deals with the implementation of the rollout of ART for the next two years.
