Invitation for a consultancy service to develop a proposal
for National Conference on HIV/AIDS

The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control Office (HAPCO) has allocated funds and intends to apply part of the proceeds of these funds towards the cost of a proposal development for conference organization.

HIV/AIDS Prevention & Control Office now invites suitably qualified bidders to submit sealed technical and financial offers for proposal development for Conference organization.

Multi-disciplinary teams with expertise in areas of Public health, Economics, and other related fields who are familiar with the National HIV/AIDS response and knowledge of key partners in the response are invited. The consultant should have proven experience in development of proposals, and undertaking evaluation exercises.

Proposals will be evaluated in accordance with the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.

Participation is open to all eligible bidders. Bidders shall present a renewed trade license for the year 1998/99 E.C. and should have Consultancy Service registration certificate from the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development.

Interested eligible bidders can collect the Terms of Reference from HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control Office, Procurement Section, 9th Floor Dembel Building, Room No. 17 during working hours.
Technical and Financial Offers including overall company profile, experience in similar conditions and brochures must be delivered to the address below in two copies on or before 9:00 PM, January 12th, 2007. Proposals will be opened at 9:15 PM same day. Late submissions shall be rejected.
