HIVfiles.org is an interactive website for clinicians caring for children with HIV, pregnant women with HIV, and their families. This site offers clinicians the opportunity to confidentially post clinical cases and to ask others to share their management experience, expertise and advice. The website enables users to contribute to dialogues with colleagues throughout the world about a wide variety of issues affecting the care of HIV-infected children and their families. In addition to case discussions, the site provides a forum for discussion of emerging issues and topics of interest.

The site also features free online access to the Hopkins HIV Report newsletter, the full text of Medical Management of HIV Infection, and free access to The Moore News Quarterly Patient Newsletter.

These summaries are free to all visitors, and the list is updated daily.
